About Flow Architecture Studio
Healthcare facilities are uniquely complex environments. They require an architect who understands hospital operations, patient and staff workflows, and the challenges of building within active healthcare environments.
Flow Architecture Studio was founded on the belief that great design emerges from the seamless integration of experience, collaboration, and purposeful problem-solving—creating environments that serve both people and purpose.
Focused exclusively on healthcare architecture, the studio brings more than 25 years of experience in the planning, design, and delivery of healthcare facilities throughout Florida. Every project is led personally by founder Eric Snyder, ensuring the same expertise that earns your trust remains engaged from initial planning through project completion. There are no layers of management, no handoffs, and no competing priorities—just direct access to experienced leadership throughout the life of your project.
At Flow Architecture Studio, every project begins with listening. By working closely with clients, stakeholders, and consultants, we develop solutions that align operational goals, project requirements, and long-term vision. This collaborative approach fosters informed decision-making, proactive problem-solving, and a design process tailored to the unique needs of each client.
We believe successful projects are built on relationships. Through open communication, responsiveness, and a commitment to excellence, Flow Architecture Studio provides the personal attention and trusted partnership that clients deserve, transforming ideas into environments that deliver lasting value.
AHCA Expertise
Flow Architecture Studio brings extensive experience working with the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) on healthcare projects throughout the state. Based in North Florida, the firm has successfully collaborated with AHCA review teams across multiple regions, providing valuable insight into the regulatory processes that guide healthcare facility planning, design, and construction.
Successful AHCA coordination requires more than a thorough understanding of applicable codes, regulations, and review procedures. It requires building professional relationships founded on trust, respect, and clear communication. Through years of experience, Eric has developed a collaborative approach that facilitates productive interactions with AHCA reviewers while helping clients navigate the approval process efficiently and effectively.
This experience allows Flow Architecture Studio to anticipate regulatory requirements early in the design process, minimize review challenges, and deliver healthcare projects that meet both operational goals and compliance standards.
